Ah ha! We managed to get our butts out of the house for something other than shopping! We took a little trip to the quiet psuedo-fishing mostly-tourist village of Steveston to brave the bitter cold and take winter sunset pics over the fishing boats and the ocean.

• Seagull, freezing his nards off.
  
• Yep, still the nards; still freezing them.
  
• Backlit gulls, flying.
  
• Snow, on distant mountain.
  
• Beautiful, brilliant sunset.
  
• Cruelly, we didn't feed the duckies.
  
• They circled us, planning an attack.
  
• Boat, cleverly hiding behind lovely woman.
  
• Boat, running away.
  
• Fishboat, sky.
  
• Fishboat, more sky.
  
• More fishboat, less sky.
  
• Different fishboat, same sky.
  
• Cannery, boats, sky, flag, mountain, seagull. Cool.
  
• Quick, it's damn cold standing like this. Nice hat.
  
• Boats, natural blue.
  
• Gulls, flying before we leave.
  
• Gulls, flying some more.
  

Was a great afternoon, spending time shivering with Jen!

Greg: Trust me, there is a real fishing village hidden under the recently added yuppie trappings. I worked seiners out of Steveston. Next time Lori and I will go with you and I'll see if I can get us onto the Canfisco docks and over to Finn Slough. Avium: -20 (in either scale) is not likely to happen here.
